 The Angels appeared from the
suggestions of others, but it took some time to develop my own design. It seems there are Angels everywhere you turn these days, so I had to figure out what a "Liz Brown" Angel would look like.
I decided a dash of folk art and a pinch of feminine would do nicely.
Each Angel is created from my own pattern, then hand-carved and hand-painted. The wings are carved separately and she 'earns' her wings once she
has finished the painting process.
And naturally, the Angels are faceless—who am I to put a face on the angelic?
